If we are unable to repair your device, there is no service charge. Hardware or software licenses purchased will still incur charges.

If we repair your device, but the issue reappears within 30 days, and it is not caused by the user, we will repair it free of service charges. Hardware charges may still apply.

Refunds are not available for training services, but we’re happy to answer short follow-up questions via email.
